FINDING THE RIGHT PEOPLE – EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Even if you agree that it is important to “get the right people on the bus” the real question is “how do you find the right people to get on your bus?” Many companies fill key positions by screening resumes that are “on file” – unsolicited leftovers. Or they hire the friend of a friend. Unfortunately, if a candidate looks good on paper, companies are willing to overlook other aspects of “fit” in order to fill the position.
