UPwords Inc. was founded in 2005, with a commitment to upward business growth through the advancement of people. We help companies grow their bottom-line by raising the caliber of their organizational talent. This is done through securing (Executive Search), developing, and advancing (Leadership Coaching and Training & Workshops) their people.

We have had the opportunity to partner with companies internationally for Executive Search, and nationally for Leadership Coaching and Workshops. Based in Grand Rapids, MI, we are able to leverage technology, and conduct business in various parts of the country and continent!

• Executive Search assignments are phone and internet driven. Our experience and skills allow us to quickly delve into conversations, providing us with insights to generate the best matches. We are able to meet with candidates live or via Skype upon client request. Our recruiting scope is the U.S. and Canada.

• Leadership Coaching options include in-person or by phone. Our preferred alternative is to conduct sessions via “phone coaching” as it allows us to do our best work – concentration and presence are maximized. We are also able to accommodate face-to-face coaching via Skype, or in-person in our corporate office.

• Workshops are delivered in-person at customer-specified locations. We are able to travel to meet the needs of the organization, whether a topic “roll-out” to various divisions; Regional and National Meetings; Corporate Retreats; or local sessions, covering a variety of topics.
