Communication Workshop
Impacting Relationships Through Interactions
We
always hear about the importance of communication in the workplace. Communication
is really about improving relationships, motivating and
leading people, work efficiency and productivity, and reducing misunderstandings and the resulting conflict. Our goal is
to help leaders understand their communication style, how their style
impacts others, their conflict triggers, and how they can motivate others.
This interactive program includes exercises, activities,
and role-plays. Each program is customized to fit your organization
- designed to explore topics through deep learning and experiential models - maximizing long-term take-aways. Participants determine their communication
style, the type of relationship they want to have, and the type of leader
they aspire to be.
