Training & Workshops - Gender 9 to 5

Gender Communication 9 to 5 Workshop
Understanding and Improving Communication in the Workplace

Communication breakdowns often occur because of our differences - communication style, age, ethnicity, class, and gender to name a few. Gender has become a “politically incorrect” topic in the workplace, yet it is the foundation of who we are, and the platform on which our conversational styles are built. Understanding the differences in female/male communication is the beginning to good communication - vital to productive and motivated people.

This program includes thought-provoking information, activities, and role-plays. Each program is customized to fit your organization - designed to explore the topics through robust dialogue and interaction – maximizing interaction and take-aways.

  • Is most of your workplace conflict related to someone of the opposite sex?
  • Although you enjoy working with the opposite sex, do you often feel misunderstood?
  • Do you feel like your career has detoured unexplainably?
  • Do you feel left out?

The Gender Communication 9 to 5 Workshop is typically delivered in a 4 hour format and is appropriate for all genders. Minimal “lecture” is delivered in 2 hours. Brochure
