Training & Workshops - Leadership

Leadership Workshop
Impacting Leadership Through Relationships

Leaders who are able to motivate their people to stretch and grow, are the ones who continue to stretch and grow themselves. This workshop is designed to help participants positively impact their leadership effectiveness through improved relationships - leveraging strengths, improving communication skills, and uncovering individual leadership styles. Leaders, good and great, will discover untapped potential, and revisit core principles and leadership best-practices.

This interactive program includes exercises, activities, and role-plays. Each program is customized to fit your organization - designed to explore topics through deep learning and experiential models, and maximize long-term take-aways. As participants determine where they are in their leadership style, what leadership traits they admire, and the leader they aspire to be, they become stronger, more impactful leaders.

• What kind of leader are you?
• Are you getting the most out of your employees?
• Do you have strong relationships with your team members?
• Are you frustrated dealing with the people stuff?
• Are you a leader or a manager?

The Leadership Workshop can be delivered in half, full, and two-day formats. We are available for retreats, and will customize topics based on your needs. Brochure

"Management is efficiency in climbing the ladder of success; leadership determines whether the ladder is leaning against the right wall."
— Stephen R. Covey

"Leadership is not so much about technique and methods as it is about opening the heart. Leadership is about inspiration—of oneself and of others. Great leadership is about human experiences, not processes. Leadership is not a formula or a program, it is a human activity that comes from the heart and considers the hearts of others. It is an attitude, not a routine." — Lance Secretan,  Industry Week, October 12, 1998

"Once used to bolster troubled staffers, coaching now is part of the standard leadership development training for elite executives and talented up-and-comers at IBM, Motorola, J.P. Morgan, Chase, and Hewlett Packard.  These companies are discreetly giving their best prospects what star athletes have long had:  a trusted adviser to help reach their goals."  — CNN.com
